Long Distance Land Lines or Cell Phones can now be assigned to open the
Hartstene Pointe Entry Gate.
If you would like to change or add a phone number to conveniently let your guests in through the gate, email the updated phone information to the HPMA office at email@example.com
For those not familiar with this system, There are two different ways to let your guests through the gate;
1) People, at the entry gate will enter the 3 digit code on the keypad. That 3 digit code will ring the 'one' phone number that you chose for the Gate Entry System. Once you answer the phone, you will press '9' and the gate will open. (the 3 digit code was assigned to each household after purchasing their property and receiving their gate cards from the office)
2) People at the entry gate can scroll through the directory, find your name and press the call button. That will ring your phone number. Once you answer the phone, you will press '9' and the gate will open.

Q) How Many Phone Numbers can be used for the Gate?
A) Only ONE PHONE NUMBER per Household
Q) How long will it take to activate the Phone Number?
A) It may take up to a week to program it into the system. You will receive an email confirming the activation
Q) If you don't remember your code,

Once programed to your phone, you will NOT need to have your guests call the Office or Patrol to be let in through the gate.
