Hosting
Sometimes people will decide they would like to host a special event, such as a Christmas Holiday Potluck, or a St. Patrick's Day event.
Since such potlucks are an ad-hoc event, clear this with the Office or Manager, get it on the Calendar, and then advertise the event. The Manager and staff can help you with this.
