Ellen and her husband Jim have been residents of the Pointe since 2012. Her work experience includes managing a dental office which included customer service, handling payables, payroll and banking.
Ellen duties are customer service, accounting, purchasing, record management, correspondence, Board and Committee support.
Ann McDonald is a native Washingtonian having grown up in Seattle. Prior to moving to the Pointe she worked at Senior Services South Sound in Olympia. Ann moved to the island after marrying Doug McDonald.
She has two grown children
and two grandsons. Besides working in the office, Ann also takes the
minutes for the Board. You can find Ann in the office on Thursday afternoons and all day Friday.
Pam joined the Pointe in September 2015.
Pam is the Patrol Officer. Her primary duties are to enforce the Rules and Regulations.
She is the liaison between the community and the Sheriff’s Department and Washington State Fish and Wildlife. She responds to homeowner’s concerns or complaints.

Pam also processes the Permit Review Committee Permit Applications and manages all the RV/Boat/Trailer and Kayak/Canoe storage and the pool and pool staff.
