Permit Review Committee
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.To evaluate building and vegetation management proposals submitted by lot owners for review.
2. Evaluating owner permit applications for new building and exterior alterations, maintenance and repair.
3. Organizing all information submitted by project proponents and opponents as well as third parties, and preparing the same for consideration by the Board, along with recommendations to the Board for consideration and action.

The regular PRC meeting is a teleconference meeting the first Wednesday of each month at 9 AM.
Cut-off for submitting Permit Applications and Performance Deposit Requests is no later than noon the Friday before the next scheduled meeting. Meeting dates may vary. Check calendar for dates.
During periods with higher permit request activity, additional PRC meetings may be called.
PRC presents their permit recommendations to the BOD on the 2nd Thursday of the month. Once approved, the permits will be processed by end of the month.
It is the goal of PRC to make this necessary permit application process as user-friendly and as efficient for all as possible. Your suggestions are always welcomed.
